Curtis Durose is a midfielder, ex Nottingham Forest youngster.
He signed a scholarship with the Academy in 2020.
Some good youngsters, unfortunately some will fall by the wayside and not make the first team.

I wonder how Reece Hutchinson the left back trialist played in the second half.

    Cheers for the info

Good to see some youngsters playing, hopefully 1 or 2 keep in and around the squad come the start of the season. Especially if we have a limited squad allowed and they don't count towards the numbers.

Sadlier too put a good shift in on the right and gave us good balance. Ona final note, Freddie was very sharp and low and behold, he passed when he couldn't progress further in the goal area. Took his goals with aplomb.

Kayode, fouled for the penalty, picked the ball up and took it himself. Smithy been told he's not taking them again?

Smithy might be taking them for Middlesbrough at the NYS, in the friendly.

LB did ok but no better than them that we let go imo but it’s just a Parkgate friendly, in the league I’m sure he could do better.

ELK you may well be right and on another note, I said to my lad and his Father-in-law, “I think we may well have just seen Crooks play his last game for us “

To be honest if we were losing anyone I would rather it be Crooks,he's easiest to replace, Smith however wouldn't be.

Ditto. Good to get something other than the bland official report on the OS.
