Thanks AC it's good to hear a nice balance. Some of his outspoken critics have been rather quiet recently which can only be a good thing.

I'm sure he's surprised most fans with his productive and impressive start to the season which as someone previously said this buys time for the likes of Francis and Vincent.

However he does he's a massive improvement on Ardley. Just look how he's going at Solihull. We will see how long his nice guy image carries him there. On a side note great original post.

No one is saying he's our main man though, just that we appreciate what he brings to the team which at the moment is making it better. The jury is out on Francis still and Vincent isn't ready so glad we've got JOB.

This is my view. I was pleased when we agreed a new deal with Jim, lot to offer on and off the pitch. Although, his current contribution is exceeding my expectations and warrants praise.

I do believe Francis will come good. Clearly as the technical ability and I believe Burchnall won’t allow him to fail.

Looking forward to seeing Vincent.
