The issues were not because of people turning up just before KO because there have been huge queues 45 mins before the scheduled KO time.
At some games the scanners were not working and stewards were letting people in manually.

Some of the issues were down to unfamiliarity with the new system but the club should have installed temporary sign until fans get used to it. Many people aren't / can't going to watch that video

The steward inside could help by showing them if they’re doing it wrong instead of just standing there and ignoring the person who ends up coming back just to try another scanner but I suppose trying to catch someone out who might have the wrong age ticket is more important than long queues and a delayed KO

If you turn up late you might miss the first 3 goals!

Another problem not helping queues on matchday is that the club is unable to issue e tickets.
The system improved for the Plymouth games whereby the ticket didn't even need to be printed off as it was sent to a purchasers smart phone as a Q code.
But since then the ticket has to be collected or sent in the post

I’ve not had any issue with my season ticket.

    Paper ticket goes underneath
Season ticket at front but the small black box not the large one
I’ve been getting in about 2:30 without any issues then I have to wait for the last minute arrivals.
Just start the game without them. That’s what they’ve been doing at oakwell and now fans are getting there in good time.

Another 15 minute delay today will probably make a fine from the EFL a certainty.

Can’t come too early or I’ll be getting a parking ticket if they keep delaying KO

Car park at the side of the cutlers is a set price if that helps.
