    Why are you bringing me into this. I will give you some food for thought. Living on Islay I am far more likely to die from Cancer than the Covid-19 virus. There is a big Cancer problem on Islay but the local politicians and Public Health Scotland do nothing about it.

    To be fair Islay I think you're more likely to die from cancer than covid regardless of where you live in the UK.

    I believe (although I'm not certain) that buses contribute more deaths per week than covid in the UK - the 1B is particularly lethal I understand.

    Several years ago I received a tip off that during the calendar year 1st January 2013 to 31st December 2013 out of 74 death certificates registered at the registrar on Islay, 63 had a cause of death listed on the death certificate as Carcinoma(Cancer).
    This equates to 85% of death certificates registered at the registrar on Islay having Carcinoma (Cancer) listed as a cause of death.
