Which should be cleared by Good Friday lol
He must be sporting an injury and using us to get some fitness before kicking on next season somewhere else.

Just a reminder that this transfer window could have been used to bring in players to get us clear of relegation.

In another 3 or 4 years time - if we are still stuck in Division 1 - fans will look back on January 2022 and say we had a chance to stay in the Championship but the owners didn’t bring anyone in that could change things.

This transfer window could turn out to be a very important one for the future of Barnsley Football Club
Sorry we disagree , the owners had a chance to change things when we got rid of Schopp but they did not , in fact the appointment of this young inexperienced coach was the final nail in the coffin, we are down , they had a chance to change things & blew it .

Well the team rebuild will be massive next season and a whole host of new kids will be brought in to have to gel again!
The 4 loans will leave and I can’t see Helik, Andersen, Woodrow, Morris, Styles and Collins staying!

Exactly Shadrack.Even with this manager I think there would still be a possibility of survival if he was given free rein and backed. But he won't be, and that's been obvious for a while. I don't blame the players or the manager for this debacle on the pitch, I blame the owners. The owners off the pitch antics are also poor and disrespectful. I don't see any way back for these owners as far as I'm concerned. So cheesed off that I probably won't be using my season ticket again this season and definitely won't be at Oakwell next season. And that's not because of the poor performances on the pitch it's purely down to the owners'actions which have been highlighted on this forum. I'm waiting with interest for Animal's report after tomorrow's meeting.

Quina has signed according to Sky Sports.
Another young central midfielder to add to the zillion other young central midfielders we’ve got.
    Lovely.

You can bet your house that we are not even paying the wages of these loans! The money recouped through fees and wages for the ones that have left will be a bonus for Conway for doing such a sterling job?
We don’t need a striker because we have Adeboyejo, Cole and Iseka who will get at least 3 goals between them till the end of the season!

We'll have to give the lad a chance. He's not Matty James though by the sounds of it. Remember what happened when Struber brought Sollbauer in? Biggest mistake Conway made in the transfer window letting Sollbauer go.

    Watford Report:
    Quina deal complete
Watford midfielder Domingos Quina has joined Barnsley on loan.
His current loan deal at Fulham is set to be terminated.
This deal will complete the business done by Watford.*

    That’s a point.
When we came up we sold good players and raised £7 million that was reinvested.
Those players that you list - how much will they raise ?
It will be nowhere near £7 million as they will then be players rated within Division 1.
The value of every player will go down when in Division 1.
So why haven’t the owners thrown a bit of their own money at this transfer window to prevent the disaster of relegation and the subsequent devaluation of all players at the club?

    Can anyone explain this ?
Because I just cannot understand their logic.
