I'm sure there is advice out there if he wants it
    Breck
    Ronnie
    Gru
    Hammy
    Barker

Besides which Neil is really the cheerleader and PW is ok in that department so it's Kevin Blackwell who,s advice would have the most impact

We don't need Warnock in or anyone else for that matter, the situation is clear, we have been found out and must adapt accordingly. Up to PW to do that. We can all see it. Said weeks ago and maintain it, we are perfectly set up for 4-3-3 / 4-2-3-1

Viktor (when he isn't rushing out like a madman and trying too hard, just be steady like Vickers)

Harding (out and out RB, natural, links well with Ogbene)
Edmonds Green (no idea why he can't get in)
Ihiekwe (Be a defender, take the pressure off of him to find passes)
Ferguson (Do your stuff, be classy without the exertions of being the sole man on the left and it burning him out after 60)

Barlaser (Be the link from the defence to the rest of the team, find pockets and drop into the gap and receive the ball where the third CB usually would with the bonus of him actually being able to pick a pass)

Lindsay (for the next game at least, Ollie's bite has gone a fraction and that's huge for his game)

Wiles (pushed ahead of the other 2 CMs in the hole behind Smudge. Has proven this season he can be a threat from the edge of the box, can link up the play, can see a cute pass, the clever chip over the defence yesterday being case in point and can press from the front too)

Ogbene (can focus on attacking, has Wes to link up with, starting position higher up the pitch for counters and through balls etc where he is dangerous, not having to dribble 40 yards to get to the opposition's box)

Miller (Has pace, can press effectively, decent shot on him, can cross, lefty for balance, can link with Ferguson and can dribble the ball)

Smudge (up on his own but he may as well be at this stage anyway, all other strikers have issues that make me wince when thinking of choosing them. Will be ably supported by 2 wingers pushed up high and Wiles in the pocket)

This way we have a solid 4 at the back, 2 out and out wingers pushing the opposition back and the 3 in the middle may have more space to operate. If Fergie tires then move Miller back and bring on Tutu or give Bola half an hour at LB to do a steady eddy job.

We have to adapt. Enough of what I'm convinced by, it won't happen. Over and out.

It is up to PW to adapt and change our formation / personnel to give us the best chance of securing promotion.

Won't be getting drawn into hyperbolic, over simplifying, pointing the finger, blame game. As I always say, many factors. Of which, the thrust of your scowling is a part.

your top paragraph is blaming the manager then . It’s ok to criticise the manager, try it . He takes the plaudits when we play well . Managers have to take the rouch with the smooth.
