    45 is the wrong artist.

    As for 30? These past 2 quizzes you had a number issue and both times it's been with the same number. Were you traumatised as a youngster by a Hitchcock film featuring some Steps?

    Hahaha! it’s been a long day, (just flown to Detroit,) and am trying to do this on a miniature I phone screen. 39 (there - I’ve said it!)

    On 45, the only other version I can think of at the moment is Conway Twitty - which is probably way back.

    No, not Conway Twitty for 45 nor was it Elvis' rendition of 56 in this year.

    Think Wichita lineman for the former and crooner for the latter who shares a name with a midfielder who played 166 games in 2 spells with RUFC in the 80s and 90s either side of spending time at Leeds.
