ProCush type of whip.used now it's cushioned under new proposals only used for encouragement in the backhand position. It's not like a strap whip. Whip now in use wouldn't say it's beating dumb animals! At least racehorses aren't stuck in a cage like some other animals said to be there for the publics entertainment!

Can't see that defending one form of cruelty by comparing it with a worse form is really relevant.
