Very technically gifted for a ”tough” player.

Looking at his Twitter feed seems he made the La Liga team of the week towards the end of the season, amazing we got him.

That’s what makes him a good signing. He’s not a hoofer.

Didn't get much playing time last year.
Hope it doesn't take him half a season to get fit.
Has he any pre-season work done?

My fear is that we end up with the usual Albion b o l l o x whereby all the old “manager speak” comes out about “not had a pre season” and “needs a mini pre season to get him up to speed” nonsense.

Managers read too many books and listen to too many “sports whisperers” , professional footballers are inherently fit, it doesn’t take more than a 10-14 day stretch to get yourself to peak fitness.

There’s absolutely no reason why he shouldn’t start at Boro.

He could’ve Ben sat in a beach for six weeks and still look like Roy Keane compared to Livermore.

Mark my words......he won’t be in the side at Boro!
