    I'd take Barkley on a free if his wages are sensible.

    We are definitely short. Hope the likes of Longstaff, Murphy and Fraser can step it up.

    I'd take Barkley. I worry in the middle of the park for Willock; especially away to some more rough and tumble sides.

    Even if Barkley isn't the full ticket, I'd feel confident bringing him off the bench or having him available for some selections for tough matches. If his wages are sensible, surely that is a sensible move (FFP and all that)

    I’d rather sign nobody than Barkley. Team spirit is as important as player quality and Barkley. Lazy arrogant prick who won’t fit into our high intensity pressing game.
