    Or roasted with olive oil and chili flakes and sprinkled on a salad. Give that a go too. Go on, be a bit more 'adventurous'

    Mixed seeds (or crushed nuts) are also so good on a salad with a nice honey/oil/balsamic vinegar/lemon dressing. Great way to get your 5 a day and nice with pizza n wine!
