Another big game for Wrexham to fit in and 2 big players potentially out of action, great result for us

Stating the obvious we simply have to win on Tuesday vs Solihul and on Saturday vs Torquay.

As Jackal points out Wrexham have put an awful lot into this cup run physically and emotionally while potentially losing 2 of their more influential players with injuries today, Hayden especially would be a huge loss.

If, and it's a big if - we can go 6 points clear, the pressure psychologically could really start to creep in for them especially while their owners are clearly focussed on progressing in a bid to obtain an FA cup glamour tie and getting more media coverage. This could really end up meaning they take their eye off the ball and the real prize.

Today's events might shake things up a bit or may end up being entirely insignificant but either way it has to be seen as a positive for us when small margins look like they will be the difference.

Good result from our viewpoint I'd say. Wrexham put a huge amount into that, not least emotionally, and now they've got another similar game to play in fairly short order. Ultimately our chances will depend on our own ability to get results, but if we need a few things to go for us to compete against such a well-resourced club, then we're getting them.

That couldn’t have gone better for us. But we’re still behind them and have to keep our levels up as I doubt theirs will drop much regardless of that result.
