Member of a few Derby forums and never seen any Derby fans saying promoted by Xmas or at all, the consensus was that we were lucky to even have a team so our hastily cobbled together team would do well to finish top 10. But I have no doubt that twitter which tends to attract idiots might have had some unrealistic claims.

I do have talksport on at work and it did regularly have forest fans on bigging it up, calling the huge spending a 'statement'

Anyway assume JLingz will be off ? Will find his level on the championship I think

They certainly did on the Facebook forums, that I can tell you.

Lingz was a 1 year contract. Already been told no. I don't think he's that bothered about any club, especially the Champs. He's more into his tiktok videos and fashion shoot.
Champs clubs can't afford him anyway.

TTR, every club has one and, it looks like he's ours. Somebody should remind him we still have a wages cap...

Weird thing about antisocial media. There's one post and all and sundry think that's the opinion of, for instance, everybody who belongs to a union or to everybody that votes SNP or supports that club. This past season there were or 4 Rams on a FB banter page. Fishing, rattling cages and generally on a wind up. Basically, we were going to win in huge HMS pi55 the League style. That convinced the rest of the posters on there that A) they were being serious - on a banter page and that was the view of ALL Rams fans.

They were all over it like a rash being indignant and offended. I explained that their reaction was exactly what the WUMs wanted and that the posts would continue as long as the indignant replies kept coming. Stop being offended and they'll go away... About mid January the indignance stopped and so did the wind ups.

Maybe a lesson TTR could learn as he seems to be among those who believe the handful were being serious... The clue might be in the title of the page.... L1 BANTER.... not to be taken seriously
