I note the hint of sarcasm in your post suggesting my lack of understanding of the word "cessation".
For your information Acido the word "cessation" is used in the context of Lee ceasing to be a Person of Significant Control ie no longer having 25% or more of the shares in a public company, down from his previous 30.6% holding. For all anybody knows he could still have 24%.
We will not know until the latest share holdings are published on the Hong Kong Registry, where Barnsley FC is registered. Unless, of course, the club wish to be open and transparent to fans about the ownership of the club many have supported for decades. The disbanding of the New York "Investor Group's" share ownership had to be found out from sources other than the club so it looks like the club will keep us in the dark until things are revealed publically elsewhere half way round the world.
