That was utter ****e. I didn’t think we could be worse than last Saturday but this is abysmal. Surely we must be better in the second half so make the best of your lead because I’m hoping you don’t have it too long?

Well done lads, well deserved over the 2 legs even though it was a rather low key affair against a poor Bolton team.

Bolton fan here, you lot deserved it. Poor from Bolton but that’s all on Barnsley for me, nullified us from minute 1 in the first leg. Deservedly in the play off final, best of luck!

Thanks Claw for that and good luck nest season unless if and when you are playing us of course.

    In Michael we trust !!!!!!!!!
I’ve done plenty of painting in my time but that was much better than watching it dry !!

I thought bringing on Norwood was the key factor in getting us over the line, when he came on he started to put the Bolton back line under pressure & unsettled them , the crowd & the team rallied & we saw the game out comfortably , he really is a rough diamond but apart from his goals his presence on the pitch is a big influence to our team .

Not a game of quality but it's about the result in games of this magnitude isn't it. Duff tactically destroyed Bolton over the 2 legs. We kept our shape well and didn't allow Bolton to play and suffocated them. Our goalkeeper wasn't seriously tested. The only iffy part was at the start of the second half when Bolton threatened territorially and a goal looked in the offing. Thankfully the lads rode it out and we never looked in doubt after that.

Very well done to all the coaching staff and players. We got the job done and now we are potentially 90 mins away from promotion. It's as big a game as they come is this final. Makes me sick to think about losing but absolute ecstasy if we win. Can't wait!
