Should have been 3 up at the end of half, Salford ragged, super notts.

    HT 1-0

    Home fans sound quite angry.
This would be the first time Salford lose 4 in a row since they were in tier 5.

Utterly dominant. Impressed with the intensity when we lose the ball. Unlucky not to be 2 or 3 up.

Missed the first 20 minutes of the live stream, but we’ve looked a class above on what I’ve seen since. The problem is that we are only one goal ahead, we need to be the team that score next.

    Excellent so far.

Minor note of caution - a Salford supporting friend tells me they often improve markedly after falling behind, so that’s something to watch out for.

Is that why they are as high as 18th 🤔

We have looked the better side in the first half and have dominated possession. We had a really good spell in the lead up to the goal. Our passing is sublime and notable is Crowleys delivery of the ball into the box has been of the highest quality. Great goal from McGoldrick. We could have quite easily have scored two more as well. Langstaff heading off the bar. We’ve gone direct at times from Stones long kicks. Salford have pressed us a bit but not had any real meaningful chances.

Baldwin has been clipped a couple of times and went off looking like he’d picked something up but hopefully it’s nothing.

Another goal could finish this game and if we keep delivering those good balls into the box we will score again. The keeper looks a bit shakey when Langstaff presses so hopefully he can force and error and get a goal from this.
