If we have any chance of keeping him, then in January we have to be in contention of staying up, if it looks like we are going down then expect TS may cash in. Though can't see him being here next year anyway if he has any ambition on playing for Sweden he needs to playing top flight somewhere.

His performance today has been acknowledged by some on the Southampton forum. He's certainly building a reputation that's for sure.

Someone on the Saints board suggested they should buy him in January. Gist of responses is that he had the game of his life and won’t play like that again. How little they know. Shame we can’t rely on the clubs themselves thinking the same way.

Great credit to MT - identified the problem and fixed it early. That should give him some confidence. Victor was absolutely immense - he must be worth a fortune! Hugill and Kelly up front put pressure on their defence and we were close to a winner with Rathbone and Appiah coming close. Massively unexpected but very gratefully received!!

After that late goal we conceded against Bristol City our confidence would have taken a massive battering. So well done to the the lads who worked hard for that point today, especially after going one down so early in the match.Let's get Rathbone's contract sorted out before our next match,he plays like a proper Rotherham player, all heart.

Strangely enough, the text commentary on Fotmob app said "header by Johansson". I was thinking that must have been a mistake. You just cleared it up!

Well didn't see that coming after the first half performance I was settling for 1-0.
Well done Mr Hugill, egg on my face again I thought you weren't worth a place glad to be proven wrong.
Victor was immense again, but I reckon could have done better for the goal more than made up for it after.
Defence did well and tactics improved though I feel he ought to have started with the 5 at the back and not waited until we had gone behind.
Appiah really needs a run in the side, as does Kelly for me he has never been given a fair crack he unsettles sides. Specially tippy tippy ones like Russell Martin teams. Well done lads feels like a win. Well done MT good subs today.
Just on train home, also on is Dexter on his way to Jamaica tomorrow, we've told him not to get injured.

Viktor was immense today and is fast becoming our greatest ever goalkeeper.

Huge credit to Peltier today who played every minute and was great in the air. I don’t remember him losing a header and he even kicked one off the line in the 90th minute.
