It's my time and I'll spend it how I want to, I've put in my £24 to watch it and if I wanted to spend it reading the bricks at the back of the Pavis or spend it joining in every chant that's my choice.

The fans didn't lose us the game - the players did.
The fans didn't help, with 4000 Mansfield fans in the players ears and the only noise from Notts fans was moaning - you're saying that someone cheering for you doesn't give you extra motivation ?

No you're right a few extra chants would've given Arron Nemane the ability to leap like a Salmon.

As fans we didn’t cover ourselves with glory on Saturday. Breaking a minutes silence, storming out like children at 4-1 down on 80 minutes and then some booing the players…..not good really and doesn’t reflect well on us as a collective at all. I thought we had learned some humility in the NL, clearly not.

Like the team, hopefully just a blip.

Storming out like children? What enjoyment do you get from watching us losing 4-1 to our rivals? I go to Notts to hopefully watch us win which makes me happy - when it's abundantly clear that's not going to happen then I would rather leave and try and forget it than listen and watch 4000 Mansfield fans chanting and cheering. That's my motivation for leaving.

I didn't boo and I was very (positively) vocal whilst I was there.

The fans were great at Sutton after the game, did you leave early then ? and if not why not ?

Never again should Notts County allow Mansfield to have an entire stand, I've had some neutrals who watched the game on TV ask me about this today and the general gist was "why the hell didn't your club use home advantage in a local derby, no other club would have done that".

I agree wholeheartedly with this. It’s a travesty that we don’t simply allow away fans to have the family stand. If they sell out, so what?
There were a few on here when discussing this saying they’d rather take the money of selling out the JS.
How many important games have we won when selling out the JS to the opposition?
Wrexham and Mansfield can’t give us 4K to sell so why should we cash in by giving them that many tickets?

It could be the difference of who we sign in January though ?
The budget couldn't have forecast that we would have an average of over 10.5k and a sell out(full price tickets)when we were on Sky - double bubble
Depending how many away tickets we give Bradford that has a very good chance of a sell out too - fine balance though as we need to play good exciting football to keep the fans coming - we probably lost a couple of thousand fans on Saturday.

I wasn't there - but yes, I'd absolutely have left.

I work hard in the week so my weekends are precious to me and when I don't have parental responsibilities and have a free Saturday and Sunday I want to enjoy them as much as possible.

It's as simple as that, if someone thinks I'm a lesser fan or don't care about the club as much as they do for enduring the last 10 minutes then that's up to them. My love for Notts is unconditional but I'm not a cheerleader and I pay for the privilege to make that choice.

Enjoy it anyway, well bring the noise like we always do.
Well played last Saturday but reading that we were chanting Mansfield we're coming for you, minutes after the final whistle at Wembley is the funniest thing I've read online for quite some time. I didn't hear anyone singing it and I believe everyone was celebrating getting back into the football league, not that fact we get to play Mansfield again. Thanks for cheering me up after last Saturday though.
