He is enhancing our community not destroying it. On Saturday he placed food bank collection points on Harry Potts Way with "Thanksgiving food banks" on site.

One vehicle had so many cans of food in it the car was pointed upwards.

He's calm, he's financially savvy and he's letting VK manage the players whilst he makes sure the club is sitting firmly on solid financial ground.

Let's see how this season pans out...

That got me thinking, it's certainly not Alan Pace, but who is the worst thing that's happened to us ? Whilst I don't think he had any malcious intent, I think the club would have been better off if John Bond had never been appointed manager, can't think of anyone else.

For no reason whatsoever in the back of my mind when we appointed Martin Buchan the rot well and truly set in. "On 22 June 1985, Buchan was appointed manager of Burnley, who had just been relegated to the Fourth Division for the first time in their history – 25 years after being league champions. Buchan lasted less than four months at Turf Moor, resigning on 10 October 1985."

Without Brian Miller's interventions I think we would have gone out of business forever.

I never blamed Buchan mon ami, he gave it a go and decided it wasn't for him. We were in the mire when he arrived, but that wasn't his fault.
