When it was 1-1 I would have settled for a point. Instead we go for the win and lose all composure at the back. Too positive without keeping some players back.

To be honest we deserved nothing, too passive, passing was atrocious and this passing backwards really irritates me, this was one of those games where Gary Megson should have been in charge, we would have really been in their faces, instead we gave them too much respect and time on the ball

What were we thinking of? We equalise with two minutes to go against the league leaders and leave ourselves completely open at the back. Living where I do I haven’t felt so sick regarding a defeat for a long time.

Can someone please explain why Palmer came out for the breakaway and then retreated. Surely if he had kept going he could have put pressure on the attackers.
