What are you going on about mon ami?

Pep let us have young Jimmy for the bargain fee of £20 million with loads of add-ons.

Smoke and mirrors mon ami, all concocted to help City with their 'financial difficulties', the amount we are reportedly paying for young Jimmy is £19 million including the add-ons. In reality he won't cost cost us anything like that, not even close. The figure I heard was £10-12 million.

The ploy to help dig Citeh out of a hole was so obvious I'm failing to understand why the Fraud Squad have not intervened.

I thought a bit of reciprocal help with THB might have come our way, instead he is earning raving reviews playing with Southampton.

Another of those mysteries mon ami, we were looking at a future England international, then he got injured, we signed two more CBs in the January window, Vinni didn't exactly rush him back into the team after his injury, then he's signed for Southampton. It was clear before the end of the season that he was leaving, why did he not want to stay and play in the PL for a City legend, why did we seemingly make no effort to keep him, why did no PL club take him on ?

    You tell me.

I wonder if the clue is in the fact that he's on loan at Southampton, City didn't want to loan him to a PL club and we didn't want another loanee who we couldn't make money on. It just wasn't a good fit for either club. Whatever, we lost a bloody good CB, I'm not convinced O'Shea is as good.

I would say O`Shea was in his home in the Championship-he is nowhere near PL standard-then again neither is Al Dakhil or Ekdal.

I think Al-Dakhil can make the grade, he just needs a weekly helping of my wife's meat and potato pie with a crust and all the trimmings.

Would fill him out in no time.

Mrs BT sounds the real deal to me mon ami, I assume there'd be gravy as well. I think I could stand a plate or two of that.
