It’s towards the Notts fans, not that that makes it better but seems to be genuinely trying to get grass out of his shorts, so either did it accidentally or as you say a bit weird.

Agree tommopie8. I never felt the need to drop my trousers in a work situation.

Mind you, A Mr B Stubbs did the same thing a few years ago!

"The Football Association (FA) has launched an investigation into allegations of lewd behaviour by Notts County winger Jodi Jones.

During a League Two match against Mansfield Town, Jones is accused of "gyrating" towards Mansfield Town supporters while holding his crotch as he left the pitch at half-time.

There is also footage of Jones appearing to expose his buttocks later in the match. The FA is now looking into the incident and Jones could face a charge for misconduct if it is deemed a disciplinary matter. It is alleged that Jones' actions took place in an area reserved for families, causing upset to many in the crowd, including parents and children.

The FA investigation comes after stewards were reportedly made aware of the incident on the day and CCTV footage was being reviewed..."

The Mansfield fans complaining about offended sensibilities is a bit like the Hillbillys in "Deliverance" scolding the Chef for too much seasoning in the chateaubriand.

What a shame that Jodi winning player of the month on here has 2 replies, this has 17.

Stupid if he did it though. But then again, I guess by that comment soccerman would class me as woke.

There is no way the FA will take this further
Jones was subject to homophobic abuse throughout the game because of his hairstyle
He'd been kicked all over the place by Mansfield players who were apologising afterwards and said they were following team orders as their management thought Jones was our most dangerous threat
This is a vindictive complaint by a mendacious individual
The FA would be dealing with dozens of cases every week if they follow up complaints by angry fans about opposition players

Christ the sheer bloody stupidity of this shows how blind some are as far as recognizing the obvious weaknesses of a player who is half decent but was a one trick pony against a superior defence, he spent more time crying and whingeing perhaps he needs to grow a pair like flint who with a dislocated shoulder got on with his job I hope he doesnt face any action but if he does he can only blame himself

Only dislocated? Pah, what a whimp. In my day we used to play with 2 broken ankles and used a rock as a ball. Players today don't know they are born.

    "Half decent", "One-trick pony"

He's one of the best players in L2.

    And yes, so is Flint.
