    Just to make everybody feel old.... One of O'Brien, Slocombe or McGoldrick could well end up being the last man to play for Notts County who was born in the 1980s.

    We've already given a debut to at least one player born in 2006 when Thompson was in charge for his 2nd spell.

    Said weeks ago, give it to JoB until end of season. He knows the players inside out, they respect him, he knows the style/tempo they are capable of. Yes he will lose games but we expect that. Think the players would give that extra % for him. The man bleeds Black n White & to even contemplate getting rid at the end of the season, a joke. Plenty above him to be rid of first.

    The players all love JOB and desperately wanted to do well for him after Luke left. Even so we still managed to ship 5 at Grimsby several of which were the usual pitiful cock-ups
    But we also managed to get 5 back
    I doubt even someone like Klopp could stop conceding stupid goals with the present squad
    I feel sorry for Maynard
