    This one aged well!

Told you lot a month ago not to panic! 😎🤣

Squeeze past Southampton and then beat Norwich in the final.

I don’t think anybody could have argued with today’s selection. I had Reach and Ajayi for Bartley and Townsend, otherwise it was the same. Last week’s selection was a mystery. Let’s hope we see a similar side v. Southampton as it’s going to be difficult and we will need to be at our best in both gams.

Same starting line up again for me. Initially would have gone for Reach over Townsend today but, to be fair, he did well. Fellows looked good first half but maybe tiring second so could understand Wallace coming on for him but hopefully he will be ready again for next Sunday.

S'hampton will be a lot tougher than today's game for sure but if we show the same intent and determination and Johnston and Diangana retain the form shown today then maybe we can edge them as Mick says. After that? If it's Norwich then we have the beating of them but it's the Championship after all where anyone can beat anyone else on the day. One step at a time.

The key for me will be Corberans studying Southampton. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s studying videos now to find a way of prising them open and nullifying their attack. In all fairness the three who came down must have been favourites to go back up but we have a manager capable of changing that. Ipswich were the surprise package this year which means only two of the three can go back up. Let’s hope we make it only one of the three go back up.

The disadvantage for Southampton and Leeds is the weight of expectation. The shaky knees when things aren’t going right. If we just play our game and remember that we can pass the ball around as good as any of the teams who came down ( as we more than did v Leicester at their place) we can use their crowd against them in away fixtures.
