Made hard work of that, still we’re through and thats all that matters.

Played some good stuff in flashes, but still a bit disjointed and not quite clicking.

Milne did well, very solid in the air.

Nilssen is a proper fitba plaaar - uses the ball brilliantly.

Huffed & puffed again up front, we need another first choice striker.

Second half with Vinny & Topi wide looked like a real Thelin team - it’ll come, takes time.

Top notch goal fae Topi, lovely turn & Finnish (see what I did there). This boy could be a great signing.

Bonus with diets & county out. Lets hope farmers can finish the day in style.

Spartans at hame next up please…

I couldn’t make it to the game today but I heard it was a struggle. Who cares though as long as we won and are into the next round.

Good to see the new boy scoring on his debut, I reckon he’s going to be a great signing for us.

Not having a go at anyone on here but there seems to be fans on other sites desperate to have a meltdown because I presume that’s what they like doing.

Thelins won 7 games out of 7 yet they are still moaning so god help us when we actually end up losing.

Dinna be silly, min. The newco will be drawn away at Spartans just to show that there's no jiggerypokey here. We'll get Dundee home or away 'cos we both look like we could cause problems to the gruesome twosome, so get rid of one of us before the semi-final.

This- we weren’t great today but we are in the next round- don’t see Hearts or County in the draw so sure they would have taken a 1-0 win against lower league opposition

There will be setbacks - Jimmy asked for patience- and surprised there wasn’t some booing at half time given some of our fans but while didn’t think we were at it, was another game to get used to how the manager wants us to play and sure he will sit down with the players and go through the positives and negatives

We have no define right to beat anyone - you have to earn it, and some days it doesn’t fall for you. We will only improve as the season goes on performance wise and sure we will play better and lose, but will always be some who act like drama queens

Didn't make it today, but glad we made it through. It's all that matters.

God was on Sportsound and said we were the better team, but QP defended well and their keeper did good.

Nice to see Milne get a start and our new loon scored on his debut.

Was Listening to Hearts game, they're nae happy bunnies Doon tynecastle way. 😂

My feeling at the time was that sokler was onside when ball was played and if var was in operation and checked properly would be given...but no var at game.as all the technology was required to give the hampden squatters their goal

Inconsequential as my/our opinions may be, if you examine the still when the ball is kicked, Sokler's head is offside ... even though his feet are not.

As a player's head is a legit ball playing body part, the offside is correct .... still though, being a tight call in a split second, it maybe demonstrates that our linesmen are better than they're given credit for.

Had VAR intervened, it would have brought about a delay .... completely unnecessarily - as the linesman called it correctly ..... without the palaver!

.... then again, because the linesman called it ... and correctly .... VAR would prob not have been implemented.

the only way we are gonna get rid of VAR is is our refs and asst refs ( still 'linesmen' tae me ) up their game tae the point we're payin' VAR for sittin on their butts daein nithin.

Heard Jimmie's speaking after the game today.
    The guy is class.

Doesn't speak in cliché, which is refreshing in itself, but he just speaks so well and uses the time well to put his point of view across.

The expert.pundits must be hating him.

Anyone know why there wasn’t VAR at our game but seemingly was for der hun? Genuine question. Is it a choice? Or because Queen’s Park not a premier league team?
