Brin, it was ****e and another 34000 turned up to watch that! Now we hear Rutter may be going to Brighton as they’ve triggered his £40m release clause. That’s £110m in from 3 players with no noticeable incomings. I wonder if this is another case of US owners ripping the club apart. The joy of being a Leeds fan.

I saw on YouTube that Leeds are the second biggest selling club this summer. Only Aston Villa have received more in fees from players sold. If Rutter goes, you'll be top.

And what about Gnonto? Are you likely to hang onto him?

The truth? Probably unlikely. It’s a mess.

Meant to say, Barlasser was outstanding last night. So controlled and “in charge”.

That's good to hear, I didn't see the game.

I don't think he'd fit into our team now though. He'd end up with neck strain after constantly watching the ball whizz over his head when our defence punt it long 🤣

Seriously though, I'd love a player like him again. I'm hoping Tiehi or maybe even Liam Kelly can step up to the plate at L1 level and play a similar role but that hasn't been evident so far.

I watched it pal. first 15- 20 it was all Leeds. I think you made Boro look good for their 2nd and 3rd goal as the defence was abysmal. Yes they pushed too high up field looking for goals but the way they were conceded must leave some serious thinking for Farke.
The crowds are phenomenal but, Leeds is a big city and you'd expect those numbers. It goes to show just how many want to see them play if they looking to extend the ground to a 55,000 capacity.

I read about Rutter's release clause and if he wants Premier action then he'd be a fool not to go. Big signing on fee, probably double his wages and can claim he's a Premier player. Like Heliospan said, I can also see Gnonto leaving given an opportunity. Talk about raking a deficit back, it will all be achieved just by selling three players, your best ones though!

Good luck with it all and like they say, albeit very early for Leeds, you can concentrate on the League now.
