Some people have more information about certain teams because they follow (nb, follow, not support) them. They may also hear more about local teams in their region and have a better insight. That info could then be used to take an advantage, however slight. Hence “it’s possible”. A person could also pick 8 games of top v bottom in the hope that everyone scores well and nobody advances. It’s possible.

All I do is look for games that could be close or derbies. Others could do different.

Exactly griff,if somebody gets to pick all of the games in a prediction comp then he has an advantage over the person that hasn’t,I’m not saying that bdb would use it it his advantage but the possibility is still there so the odds must be good for me to make it worthwhile the gamble,an evens bet wouldn’t be worth it tbh

I’m not trying to get out of it because the bet wasn’t formally agreed,it was merely a question about a bet,if I went into Ladbrokes and asked what the odds was on Dobbin in the 2.30 from kempton I wouldn’t expect them to take it for granted thst I put the bet on when it came in 10th

I’m still willing to come to an agreement about a Dale bet bdb but it’s only fair thst I get better odds than evens especially as “mistakes” can be made when totting up the scores,I may consider our usual £35 bet on there and say £15 worth of parrot treats for Coco like the ones that L sent that time
