Brilliant bit of news and a reassuring indication of intent if true-but only if we are not doing so at the expense of cashing in on Tom Fellows whose potential I -alongside many-rate higher.
£15 million isn't to be sniffed at and if S'hampton won't stretch to that, Everton can afford it but I have a feeling that Carlos is still aiming for promotion this year so hanging on to such a gifted and promising young player as Fellows is critical.
