A welcome addition. Looking competitive in midfield.
'He’s been an influential figure across the age groups and, after being part of the sides that won the Under 17 and Under 18 Premier League cup double in 2022-23, he was handed his top-flight debut as a substitute in Spurs’ 4-1 victory at Leeds United.

Abbott kicked on in 2023-24, establishing himself as captain of the Under 21s side which won the Premier League 2 title and the subsequent play-off trophy.'

    I would say he's a winner

Indeed a realistically very good loanee, I watched a you tube "auditor" this week, he rocked up at Spurs training ground at Enfield i think it was, now i thought Leicester's training ground was awsome but the set up of Spurs is another level, it's like a city on its own, about 40 pitches and it looked immaculate, worth a watch, it's on DJ audits, the place is a mecca.

Looks it until he plays for Spurs first team naturally.

Hopefully the U21 Premier League 2 title and playoff victories translates well to EFL League 2. If you are going down this route then picking up a winning captain at PL youth level is the way to go.

    Good presumably cheap addition.

Very impressive lad in his interview
    Obviously future captain material
This could turn out to be a very good loan for us
    Fingers crossed

...and your point is? Two different players, two different youth set ups, two different set ups at Notts.

It doesn’t matter where his departure was or was not posted.

It doesn’t matter about Ed Francis and what he did as a youth team player.

All that matters is Abbott is here. He plays for us now. Let’s get behind him. Simple.

I'm not sure what your point is.? Isn't he playing in a higher level than our current team.?.
