Definitely a player who needs to start and on his day is class , only problem is he has way too many off days and truth be told injuries and lack of form have plagued him for a few seasons now.

We need a replacement and we need him off the wage bill , appreciate his efforts but its time to part ways.
Been a Bamford supporter for quite a while, but when it's done it's done, and it's done. Unfortunately the powers that be can't see that, or don't have the compenice to do anything about it.

Off topic. Watching a new streaming movie set in Paris - The Killer. One of the actors was someone who looked familiar. It was Eric Cantona with gray hair and weight around the belly playing a cop. It wasn't just a cameo either.

Well I think Orta gave him a few years contract so not 49rs fault. So contracted doubt anyone else wants him so we are stuck. So he sticks around in the hope he plays last 2 games of the season in the hope his injuries are over rinse and repeat season after

Forgot to mention that in this movie, he was a dirty, traitorous cop.

That must have been an easy role for him 🤣

Back on topic. The season has started better than last season. Seem to have a larger squad. Have depth in every position except left back. Yes, we don't have a true replacement for Rutter but Gnonto has done well in that attacking midfield role. Ao Tanaka is a clever 2-footed midfielder. Could do very well in this league. So we shall see.

Agree Cherry and easy to forget how low Ritter’s stock was at the start of last season and how largely unproven Summerville’s stock was.

Kamara was too defensive compared to what we have now and there seems a lot more fluidity to the football compared to last year’s moments of individual brilliance.
