We look better than we did three games ago. Mid -table for me. January transfers will decide If we can make a challenge at the top.
All to see yesterday anyone who went JCH & Wilkes we're going nowhere with those 2 in the side. SE on about huge players for us missing Raggett & Kelly really we can do better.

It hasn't been pretty to watch, but, Birmingham aside, I don't think we have looked too uncomfortable.
Our best player is Kelly, who is injured and 34 years old. Without him, the midfield looks very poor. Wouldn't be surprised if Tiehi is off in January. Think we need a link for the strikers, don't think Wilks is that, although he has flashes of brilliance.
I'd like to see more of Bramall - he is so quick - but he's a wing back really. And we can't play Rafferty or MacDonald at wing back, because they are both quite poor in general. 3 at the back might allow our best passer of the ball (Humphreys) to get on the ball more and step into midfield. We need to vary the constant long ball - I'm sure it wasn't this bad in 13/14?
Lge1 average Lge, Rotherham average Lge 1 team. We talk about the gap between the Prem & the Championship it’s now happening between the Championship & Lge1.I watched Sunderland Vs Leeds Friday that was light years ahead of us & only a Lge higher. Until T/S let’s somebody to invest or sells up to somebody with money we will be an average Lge1 team at best for a long time .But please play like a team for ninety minutes instead of 20mins now & again.
As said above would love to see Humphries in midfield when/if Kelly is missing he’s comfy on the ball quite quick and can pick a pass, having said that he’s developing a decent partnership with McCart who’s also done nowt wrong
Midfield undoubtedly the weak area in the team not that long ago it was the strongest Lindsay Barlaser Rathbone and Wiles at this level a couple of years ago hopefully this will be addressed in January
Transfer dealings are reflected in our position right now. Not the worst, far from great.
The division has a lot of inconsistent teams.
Because of this and our own inconsistency we could end up almost anywhere.
Still think we're either a good way from knowing our best XI or intend to swap and change on a whim.
Dread us going up far more than I dread us going down - if we go up I think it will be absolutely awful next year (not that it's hugely likely).
Glass half full, Improving, only lost once in last 7 games.
