    Bugged me when I lived down under for 10 yrs in the 1970s; kept thinking I was being asked a question. I managed to avoid the habit along with sheilas, fair dinkum and a few others. Yes, I was in a city, not the outback.

    There seems to be a new language evolving for the young generation these days. Previously, if you were asked a question and the answer was in the affirmative you would simply say "yes". Now the answer is increasingly "oh, 100% bro, 100%."

    It also seems that the word 'like' will soon become the most common word in the English language. "It was like, I asked her what she thought like, and she agreed like".

    Like what FFS?

    No idea where that has come from. On a par with starting sentences answering questions with, ?So?.

    It's very annoying and something that has happened when I post usually from an iPhone and not a laptop. This message is posted using a laptop and it's working fine. It would be good to get rid of the glitch.
