A good point it turned out to be today.
We have 11 players, teamwork missing for large periods of games, they looked a decent side.
Think Stockport will be more disappointed not getting 3 points.
Think we have more than enough to avoid the drop. Start to play like a team and who knows.

Players don't just turn up and start to play as a team, that comes from coaching and the work on the training pitch. Where is the system? Where is the shape immediately after a transition in play?
There are statues in the town that move more in a game than JCH, that is key because SE approach is hit the CF and play off him, well he doesn't control the ball, he doesn't bring other players into the game. He has played ok in two games, the 1st half at his old club and against Northampton. We are not a team we are a group of footballers.
SE interview is mostly about the ref and his delusional view that we attacked them in the second half, we created nothing, their keeper could have been on holiday with TS. The only thing I saw that was better, was certain players were trying harder, yes mellow is correct we should expect that, but you have to take what you can, when it has been so poor over the season so far.
Now SE is talking about 2 or 3 coming in, and he is clear the PD is actively involved with decisions on players. He also states there is no issue with money being available, so that means any footballing changes in the window are down to the ability of the people involved.

If so, R 5TEW would suggest it's probably his sons car.
If R 5TEW is the green Jaaag, it's often driven around near me by a guy who looks about 80.

    Awful low IQ football.

Mcwilliams is the worst player I have ever seen in a Millers shirt

LM, this the second game Evans has removed Nombe from play instead of taking off the slumbering lump off before him. Captain or not, he couldn't catch a cold these days and his prolific scoring boots have gone AWOL. Ball greedy and always trying to claim the goals instead of using his team mates to better effect. Today being a perfect example with his back to goal, all he had to do was to lay it back and get further in the penalty area but instead, chose to keep the ball, attempt to roll around the defender and went down claiming a pathetic penalty.

Back to Sam Nombe, he's clearly giving his all. Boxing day he was subbed, and today it was plain to see, he was clearly our MOTM and the announcement when it was announced was met with agreeable applause. Wait though, where was Sam when this was announced? Oh yeh, Evans had taken him off...again! The man's a fool or, sees Clark- Harris as his own Son and sees no bad in him when we in the stands can.

I'm guessing you must be quite young (under 35?).

Nombe does cover quite a bit of the pitch. Is that a qualification for motm?

Sometimes he pops up in defence, where his tackling is almost non-existent. Granted he does make some headed clearances.

Sometimes he pops up in midfield, where his passing is sometimes competent.

Sometimes he pops up in attack, where his contribution is occasionally memorable (Cambridge).

We paid a million quid for someone who can run.

Maybe another coach would convince me that Exeter didn't get the best part of the deal.

Brin I agree with you re JCH but can anyone tell me please what Wilks brings to the table? He?s hit a couple of spectacular goals since arriving and nothing else he?s ball greedy just goes up blind alleys does next to nothing to help out defensively, much as I hate to say it but the Piggy fans were right about him, I?d like to see us send him back and get a proper target man in in the mould of Revell or Michael Smith, then move Nombe alongside him playing off him maybe JCH would benefit playing off a big man too as he certainly isn?t a target man himself

We have a collection of individuals in red and white shirts who run about like headless chickens with very little end product.
It seems like half of them couldn't trap a bag of wet sand and the other half would have trouble passing water.
Meanwhile Dumb and Dumber pace around in the dugout screaming the usual unintelligible rubbish and nobody takes any notice.
It's crap and I think someone let Evans know that at the end of the game.
And so the horror story continues.
    Totally agree mellow.
In the toilets at half time and people were saying it?s good we?re putting a shift in.
    Good its basic professionalism.
How many of our players would get in their side?

Evans is archaic and I?m getting fed up of people saying we can?t sack him we won?t get better or we can?t keep sacking managers.
His constant excuses don?t work with the sensible supporters.
Why not try Nombe up top in the position we signed him for?
Instead we have JCH who?s like a slug dragging an house brick.
I?m also getting fed up posters saying try being a York or an Oldham supporter which is their default if you criticise TS.
It?s not about getting promoted it?s about having a team to watch and be proud of.
I watch this team and I just don?t like it at all irrespective of the results.

The table speaks volumes. Losing can become a habit and a loss of confidence can lead to players passing the buck to someone else (Wilkes might be the exception) rather than taking the risk of trying something creative.

At some point the executive has to decide whether it is better to stick, or twist.

Mentioning creativity, we must be one of the most unimaginative in the 4 divs, when it comes to using the ball from free-kicks, corners etc.
