I did wonder about Morias given Daggers are still managerless. Also surprised Stone hasn't been confirmed to be staying at Boston United, as their main shot stopper might take time to get up to speed following his injury.

Basford signed our B team captain Archie Aves until the end of the sesaon.

Cameron got a warm send-off from Perth on their bored...

    1) Surely be one of the worst, officially named, captains the club has ever had? Never seemed to show any leadership at all, and performances were miles from the dominant CB we needed.

    2) He was appalling. Felt he had far too much time on the ball. Strikers sussed his weaknesses almost immediately. I remember him getting narky with fans in a home game when he consistently gave the ball away or was not quick enough moving forward. Came across as a decent person off the pitch, but another classic signing who was miles out his depth.

    3) Not even the obligatory "I enjoyed my time at Saints" or ".. Would like to thank the club and fans" or even just "thanks".

Not be missed, don't let the door hit ye in the erse Kyle.

It seems he clearly made a good impression north of the border then.

Hopefully Cameron isn't too badly injured. Sometimes his attitude can be his worst enemy. (He could learn a lot from Chicks in my view.)

Aidan Stone looks to be on his way back to us. Wonder what will be next for him.

Well, I for one hope the lad has got some confidence back, as well as some more experience under his belt, and can kick on with Notts.

Last year of his contract, will likely be released at the end of the season. We're in an awkward predicament replacing Slocombe and Stone because we have a clear number 1 in Bass so either we need to sign an up and coming keeper from lower leagues who is happy for the promotion but lack game time or a keeper on his way out who is happy to sit on the bench. Of course we could keep Slocombe but if we hope to be in league 1 then it's probably a step too far

I have to admit I was a bit blind to KC and all of our back line from last season.
I thought they were often at the mercy of an all out attack system that left them exposed.
That opinion changed after the first five minutes of watching Bedeau and Platt.

Plymouth wont be the only ones watching Jatta with his goals to game ratio and overall improved performances but then thats the price of success with players linked to a move away. Remember the days of Draper, Johnson, Yates and Short, the must have each been linked to 10 different clubs whilst consistently performing well for us, the only difference is now we only have to look it up on social media rather than getting charged the price of a small country listening to club call on the telephone.
