Odada is f*cking hopeless, never should have got a start. Honestly no idea what the recruitment team saw in him at all. Not the reason we lost but we have to start with our strongest team and no empty jerseys.

Rightly hooked before half time, and while not wholly the reason we lost, Odada was a big part of that. Bit of overthinking from JG today by the looks of it for the starting team, and poor decision to take Gallagher off when he did.

Thing is though, no real harm done and focus should be on getting what we can from Celtic, but more important St Mirren game to follow.

Yip, nothing has changed. We are still taking it one game at a time. Celtic will be a tough test as we rode our luck against them last time. A good time to regroup and get back to winning ways. A new signing would definitely help!!

Agree with you on the removal of Gallagher. Not at any point in the game did we look like breaching the Hearts rearguard. One point was better than none. Sometimes you have to say it?s not our day and take the point. I thought his first half subs were wrong in that he should have brought a winger on instead of Van Der Sande. A winger switching sides regularly might have disrupted Hearts. VDS has attributes but speed is not one of them and I think that was what we needed. As you say a bit too much overthinking on the part of the manager.

I missed the game today (which incidentally will knock at least 500 off the ‘true’ crowd once the Funny Number Crunchers do their thing) with this bug doing the rounds and it’s the real deal this one. JG said that Babunski missed Thu because of it and Svejel played through it but wasn’t 100%. Given it’s respiratory this thing and pretty contagious it would appear I wouldn’t be the least surprised if there’s more affected to greater or lesser degrees than just they two. Let’s put it this way, right now running for 90 secs never mind 90 mins would be an absolute non starter for myself like.

Changing Odada for Docherty made zero difference. I actually thought Docherty have the ball away more than Odada did!

He was trying to change it up but it did leave us exposed to their strongest area which is penrice and spittal on the left which is how the goal came about, I would have kept the same shape, could still have got Middleton on

Today was just a step too far, we looked tired physically and mentally, we had big highs back to back of late wins in two derbies

We still have one of the smaller squads unlike Heart's and asking the same boys to go to the well in this 5 game block

Sibbald being out is becoming a bigger issue during a period like this as Sevelj was looking lethargic
