Nice place to come and live! Wrong side of the city for me, I prefer Hibs. Joe Newell now Hibs captain.

So they've made a player who usually only lasted 70 minutes for us captain? Interesting......but then again, everything is slower in Scotland 😉

Joined as a marquee signing by Warne.I even think he opened the batting at Wickersley after the 'big' meal at W-Italian in the the summer of 22! They are all guns for hire. There will never be a statue of a player ever erected outside of a stadium again. That is modern day football.Success, these days, is a manager who can create one moment in time where the values from the past come to the forefront and everything within that club, gets carried away with it.

Just like chairmen. At some point in the future there won?t be anyone on here who has a good word to say about Tony (or Richard) Stewart.

He was a cheap punt. Nothing more.

I rather suspect that, like Warne, within 2 or 3 years of the end of his tenure the majority of fans will be harking back to the ?golden days?, unless we get very lucky.

He was a key player in the St Johnstone team that won the Scottish Cup at Hampden in 2021. Either he was a cheap punt or the Scottish market is not one that we should heavily rely on in the future. Jamie Lindsay was another golden boy of the SPL and he hardly ended up getting a dream move as he finds himself fighting relegation to league 2 with Bristol Rovers. That's without even mentioning the Irish league.......where the hell has Georgie Kelly gone?

So McCart leaves for the snowy wastelands of the North, and the Millers see a sudden improvement in performance.

    Makes you think doesn't it?

(suggest Froggy looks for a conspiracy at this point)

I've nothing bad to say about McCart. I thought he was iffy at times, but having not been given much game time, seemed to progress the more he played?

Good luck to the lad whatever he does.
