This, on paper, looks like a very good signing.

    In the radar we trust.

Very happy to hear this because

It?s a position we need for this season but likely more so next season
The owners and recruitment team know Scandinavian football
Another undisclosed fee paid for a player
Jatta has been a big success and he follows a similar path

It?s so much more interesting exciting and riskier than signing a 25 year old we know who has been knocking about the lower leagues.

It?s what the fans wanted identity an area that needs strengthening. Spend some of the money received this season

If this was the end of our business today, I think I would be generally happy with the shape of the squad as it stands.

Not perfect, but we definitely needed a striker and we have one.

looks big, athletic and quick with good ball control = exciting signing imo!

Manages to thread Pedro's needle between experienced and available at a decent price in January. Who knows if he can make the transition, but he's made of the right raw materials and feels like another AJ - although with slightly better pedigree. Not exactly oven-ready given he hasn't had a pre-season. He's a real signing though, paid for an everything, so welcome to Notts, Mai!

It looks like a great signing, whether he can do it on a rainy Tuesday in Grimsby (on the 11th March specifically) is a question but he clearly has quality.

Also his name lends itself to a huge number of songs for his chant. I guess Delilah will be the obvious one but I prefer That's Amore.

also looks to be a significant [re]investment in the club from the Bros for those questioning that

He spent a year playing for Tromso in the Arctic Circle, the weather in Grimsby will be like a summer holiday.

Presumably has played on snowy afternoons in Fredrikstad so fingers crossed. Love that we're not signing washed up donkeys any more.
