If Florist maintain there PL status, especially if they get into Europe with a 45000+ capacity ground then I think 12-15k would be more like it.
Unless of course we sell our souls and give the away side a big advantage every week by letting them have the entire Jimmy Sirrel Stand.
I can remember crowds of less than 10000 when we were last in the top division.
Think the average was 11000 when we were last in the top flight, however all gates across the board were a lot lower, clubs like wolves had average 13000 etc
Gates for football have risen year on year across all divisions, especially since covid
11.000 back then in 91/92 the probably equate to 25 to 30000 plus in todays top flight as an average for home attendence in todays top flight ground allowing
You don't buy what was a non league club to make money fastSo long as the debt is manageable which it is and they don't want to sell anytime soon which I don't believe they do then there's no worry.
Although cumulative losses are ?27m the actual debt is ?17.1m. The difference is down to the fact that an element of the losses have been funded by the issuance of new shares to owners over the years, including the Trews, Hardy and the Reedtz brothers.
All the ?17.1m is owed to companies owned or associated with the Reedtz. I think the last time I checked Football Radar was owed ?7.3m by a "company connected by mutual control", which I assume is Notts, plus ?3.5m owed to a connected party, which I assume is one of the Reedtz and may well be the monies paid up front to Hardy / initial funding for Notts.
Debt on top of debt. Perpetual debt, forever.
Eventually the debt will have to be repaid. But don?t worry, I?m sure everything will be fine 🌹👓
Negative 'profit and loss reserves' figures are not debt. The number basically represents the accumulated losses over time.
ETA: didn't see Evesham's post explaining, sorry.
