I was introduced to Returnofrros at the Dee4life AGM in November 2022 when it was stated by the Vice Chairman of Dee4life at that meeting that they would hold Nelms’s feet to the fire to get their primary representative elected on to the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors under the entrenched rights of the A shares and the Club’s Articles of Association.
A majority of the Dee4life board of directors bottled it.

You are totally correct in everything you have posted.
Two DSA committee members who were also Dee4life members stated at the Dee4life AGM in November 2023 that the DSA committee members do not ask Nelms questions about finance or the maintenance of Dens Park.
That means that they only ask Nelms questions which will not upset him otherwise the DSA’s cosy relationship with Nelms will be terminated with immediate effect.
In my opinion the Dee4life board of directors should bypass Nelms and deal direct with Tim Keyes who is Nelms’s boss.
I am a great believer in dealing with the Organ grinder not the Monkey.
