Why do they need the home fans to report it?

I'm not sure whether it's true but it was mentioned on social media that Rotherham fans were singing something like "one nil to the p.aedophiles" at a recent away match.

Reading through the comments on here I honestly wonder why the club ever bother doing anything?

They could pay people to attend matches and there would still be folk moaning that they weren't being paid enough
