As I have said before, i dont see the point in replacing SE at the moment. This season hasnt gone well, thats clear to see. However, given the set-up we have, I dont think we can attract anyone to the club who is any better. I dont want to see the likes of Richard Wood or Matt Hamshaw - theyve done nothing to suggest they will do well.

    Neither had Paul Warne.

If that’s your recruitment policy then so be it

You make a valid point about finding someone better, it is how a person looks at a problem. For me it is how much worse will SE make it before TS has seen enough, it is easier to get a manager in May and them have a full summer than it is in November. I am not saying I know who should come in to replace SE, but we have so called professionals at the club to sort that out.

It's a fair point but at the moment SE hasn't done anything either to suggest he will do well next season and along the way a good proportion of the fans have lost faith in his abilities and grown tired of his personality. I think a change is called for either now or in the summer and I'd like to see someone brought in, not on a wave of hype that we are going to be the next Real Madrid just to sell season tickets, but on the grounds of building a solid League 1 foundation from which we can grow again.

IF there was to be a change it would need to be now. No point waiting. I just dont see the point - we simply won't attract anyone who is a know quantity so it will be another blind gamble.

It isn't, but let's face it, as long as TS is in charge we're unlikely to attract any manager with a proven record of success so the club will probably have to take a leap of faith and appoint an aspiring young manager, possibly with some previous connection to the club.
It may or may not work but equally it can hardly be any worse than the current situation.

If we actually have a fitness coach at the moment then he/she is not exactly covering themself in glory so I'd give that idea a miss
