The DD option is to be welcomed, but bit naughty claiming 0% interest with a £20 arrangement fee. The official reported APR should probably be something around (based on mental arithmetic only) 13%, possibly higher depending on the details.

The last time they did DD, the loan firm charged 30.00 set up fee
