So much for the spirited and cohesive performance I'd hoped for after the miserable display against Coventry 😡

All those clubs facing relegation will be at it today so Derby was always going to be tough but this is truly shocking from Albion-disjointed, sloppy passing and defending and a lack of urgency and ideas. Fellows and Johnston seem to be at least trying but both are very far from their best.

It's understandable that players are frustrated but there seems to be a malaise in this team now and whilst we can blame individual players I'm afraid Mowbray has to shoulder most of the blame. As manager, he is paid to get the best out of the resources he has and that includes motivation and instilling a competitive attitude.

Certainly we need to shift certain players and bring in new blood for next season but overall I personally believe that this squad of players is good enough to have been in the playoffs at this stage. That we are not is surely primarily down to their management?

Anyhow, time for Grant and Dike ? (though we'll probably see Jed first)

1-2 Can Armstrong's goal and the multiple changes turn this around?

At least we seem to be making an effort now but not much time left to change the result. Surprised some of the subs not made at half time given the dismal first half performance.

On the pitch 2 mins and Mendez-Laing makes it 3 for Derby and secures their win.

Absolute disgrace, no system, plan or tactics, half hearted effort that would be an embarrassment in a Sunday league game, disgusted with Mowbray and his cowards
