There wasn't a problem with the pitch last season. It was laid later so it didn't have time to settle. The pitch is already seeded and will be ready in a couple of weeks so will have all of preseason to settle this year

You don't spend over a million on a pitch and expect bare patches all over it, but as you say if its been re seeded it may well settle for the 1st game

It wasn't ready for the start of the season, it was green but the roots hadn't taken and then we were also training on it. This year will be much better because of getting it seeded early. It won't be a rush job this year
