Do you feel he?s been properly backed, he wasn?t at Norwich nor it seems at Leeds, look at the Harry Wilson debacle, not that he would have been our saviour, but farke pleaded for strikers to no avail.

I think it's a sepf fulfilling prophecy for some coaches.

as good as MB was no up and coming striker is coming to Leeds under him. They are just going to sit behind bamford or who ever the pet of the moment is. LIke Farke he's not a developer of youth talent. They ride the bench.

Gray hasn't played a minute even in mop up minutes. He'll go somewhere and be a star.

No real competion week in and out for PT.

MB wasn’t backed in his last season as was expected to leave and they wanted to save the budget for the next manager.

Had Bambi, Rodrigo and Joffy with Rapha being able to play in a front two if needed.

Part of MB’s problem appears to be the board thought he could turn lead into gold so didn’t need reinforcements.

Farke has had reasonable backing but also he let Rama and Jospeh go out on loan. DCL is looking better and better and Nmecha too.

It’s the depth and quality out wide and number 10 but players in the u21s who could be tried and haven’t been.

His press conference today was telling where he conceded he has a rigid approach and doesn’t like departing from his principles but seemed to softening on the need to change it up and surprise some teams.

Would love to know if the plan was to sell a few more such as Harrison to generate money to buy more.

Sure Solomon would have been a great addition and we certainly don’t use the loan market well.

Haha Spaldy I try to be glass half full but sometimes I struggle 😎.

Fair play to Farke for last night - the whole board appeared to be in the directors?s box and the axe was definitely hovering above his head.

He looked very emotional at the end and gave most of the credit to the players. A great performance against Chelsea that will be remembered for many a year.

Still not 100% convinced but if he has stumbled on the answer then all the very best of luck to him and if we carry on playing like that over the Christmas period that would be a fine thing.

Fair play - what a great week Farke has had.

Changed tactics at half time v City and then flew from there.

Also made for him early subs and changed tactics v Liverpool which changed the game.

Hope this is the start of us pushing on and genuinely hope it works out well for him - maybe this is a moment of enlightenment for him.

    C?mon Leeds

I have been been brutal on him. I didn't think he had the ability to make adjustments in games. If he were to do this regularly we would be a handful to play against. I genuinely hope he uses this week as a catalyst to start doing this regularly mid game. It's made all the difference in the world on how our team competes.

The other thing that became very obvious is that he has not lost the locker room. Our players came out to play once he made some adjustment and quite a few of them blossomed in the new tactics. It has brought out the best in many of them.

it is really wonderful to see the formation adjustments and subs at the right time in the games. Let's hope it keeps up.

He only changed it as he was about to be sacked and tried to limit the damage. So accidentally it worked, so we're giving him his superstar managing a boost now. He is still crap and that won;t change anytime soon. You watch it all change as soon as next game.

I think adversity is where "rubber hits the road". Few of us have drifted through life, careers and parenting without some big challenges. It's being prepared as well as responding when it arises that shows our best, or worst, of our ability.

If he continues to respond and adjust he could be a very good coach. If not, he just prolonged the sacking. We'll find out in the near future.

The fact it took sack pressure to make these adjustments does not reflect well. However, the other fact thats critical is that the team was prepared and did step up for him in a big way. Many teams or locker rooms would not have.
