If Hamshaw and his croneys had any decency they'd all resign tonight after that omni shambles. I've said it before.. these dumplings are taking us down. I've seen better defending on Ferham Park on Sunday morning. The only difference is that a load of lads still half cut from the night before have more fight and organisation than our sorry bunch of losers. Richard Wood. "Defence coach"? You're having a laugh son. Time to say goodbye. We're sick of the excuses. What kind of virus was at Roundwood this week?

Worst I have seen a Millers side in 65 years, I & quite a few walked out of the stadium when the score went to 0 - 3
Hamshaw is not the manager for the Millers, I would not trust him on player signings in the January transfer window.
Who can the club bring in ?
Who would you want to run a club that has no one on the board, who has football knowledge ?
Who would want to manage the club, Yes quite a few managers / coach's out of work, looking for a pay day.
The clubs down fall is having no one with football knowledge on the board, having a chief executive in Paul Douglas, who needs to go, he is a hanger on to the club, he can not sort out valuations or players leaving or coming to the club, no football knowledge, losing the club money in fees we could have had.
Bits on here saying a woman runs things, if so why is Douglas pulling a wage for nothing.
    Needs a total clear out.

90+ and dawson is having playground fight with them, picking up a yellow. Shame it wasn?t a red. We have a tall good in the air young back up who should be used. We need a manager with some bottle.

Fact is that yet again the money has gone on holiday, forget any chance of staff changes, plans for anything to change other than perhaps Nombe to be sold to balance up the books somewhat. His response to scoring and little involvement with anyone else tells its own story. That was all about effort and brilliant skill to say come and get me. And I do not blame him. He came here to better himself, showcase and move on. And why not.
We were daft enough to overspend, but we will get 750k back. Lessons will be learned not, yet again.
Maybe with a few bob from the sale we will pick up a couple of loans with his wages.
We may be lucky and Hugbill agree a handshake with a couple of k Nombe money and allows another couple of loans till end of season.

From the owners point of view, why should he spend? We are not going to challenge. Why, because that is not in the plan. Spend as little as possible till all the big wage contracts are gone. We couldn?t do otherwise. If we did we would surly would go up in this dross of a league, then end up with TS having to spend even more money just to stay there - which he has never had any intention of doing until he wasted a lot via Taylor.

So, we have a horror show of a season, which has backfired somewhat because the mid table desire has fallen foul of the summer in coming and has beens, sick bays added to what we already had, then the bit of younger ones brought in have given up because it is too much hard work for them.

In decades it is hard to remember a squad with less hard working members, it has been bad enough in last few seasons with sick bays,
But the likes of Kelly, Hugebill, Martha, Hall, Katala, Holmes, Rafferty playing like they would sooner be home watching a sky game while we sat watching a dreadful first half, then no wonder people were walking out.

The change of players made a big improvement, but when you are 3 down, even that and different tactics wasn?t going to get very far.

Anyone disagree with any of all that?

That was unacceptable on all levels. The experiment hasn?t worked. He just stood with his arms behind his back because he doesn?t know what to do. Worst manager we?ve had in a long time. He should be embarrassed in his own performance as a manager. Time to jog on MH you are out of your depth.

MH post match. Said enough to reveal he has not got the dressing-room. Alluded to signs in training, and to unacceptable standards, wants to make changes in jan, alludes to taking the job knowing all of that. Talking of in roundabout ways of leftover methods, attitudes of other seasons.
It is without doubt the thin end of the wedge we have seen 4 times now with managers saying the same thing. He wants to do jan business. Without the chairman giving meaningful backing and how likely is that, MH is whistling in the wind. I don?t think this is one manager who will get the chop. It wouldn?t make sense at this stage.
Despite many on here who think he is to take much of the blame, having been today and watched and listened to him, I am not so sure.
    It is unclear.
Look at the 3 nil lincoln line up. A number were on there today and were AWOL, why?

I feel we're stuck with MH for the foreseeable, not least because we can't afford anyone with a proven record.

I think we are more stuck with some players than him, for me now he is unproven, the players prove themselves not worthy of the shirt.
The question mark is why players some to be not playing.

I got slated on here for having a go at PD I knew he wasn’t a real leader just a TS yes man that knew how to shake the right hands and keep his job. If the CFO is running things then TS will have told her to save money and protect his position with a goal to exit asap. I think his ego is so big he doesn’t want to leave in a bad way or even as a villain, but no idea how he gets himself out of this, to leave smelling of roses. We have been in decline since Warne left, a man that had his faults but left giving us some good years in L1. If you look at the league table most clubs around us will invest in January and I can’t see four worse run clubs in that league. Hamshaw talks about playing football, yet as soon as our goalie gets it the players run up the pitch, only Douglas and jules are happy to take the ball from him. This team are not well coached, anyone can see that from the way we play, he is arrogant as well, early in the season when we started badly it was clear that three at the back left huge gaps and we have seen it game after game even the ones in the nine game run. We have two excellent L1 fullbacks and experienced CBs to play four at the back, gore in front of them and then select from the others a attacking element. That was the last home game we are likely to see young Gore and Nombe will be gone as well, TS cfo will do her job and we will sink to L2 where he found us, what a great centenary year. I can’t see that team winning any of the next two games and so the two home games in 2026 become crucial.

I’m not sure what Richard Wood does. We seem to concede headed goals all the time where the player is stood in the gap between the two defenders. Not forgetting the goals conceded from set plays this season as well.

Midfield do not help the defence out either. They are always standing and watching. Liam Kelly is useless by the way.

Tactics are so poor. Boot it up to Hugill. I have praised him before but it is time to realise that his only asset is that he makes himself available to play unlike most of the weaklings in our squad who get injured if someone looks at them funny.

MH is not filling me with confidence but I would keep him because I cannot trust our chairman to bring anyone better in.
