Brilliant to get the win and the 3 points.

Salsford seems tired but credit to him for keeping going and getting his goal

    Ferry was MOTM

Defence needs major improvements for next season.

Time to rest up now and get ready for big derby

His girlfriend is over from Sydney, no wonder he's looking tired 🤣

    Agree with your points though

Sadly missed the second half a Jambo friend passed away so went up north.

Sapsford knackered. Good shows a committment and workrate that Fat shed Watters should have. you can subbie a knackered player.

GK we havent really had one for a few seasons.

The central defence and goalkeepers need totally dismantled post season. We 100% can't go on needing to score 3 goals to win a game. Shocking stuff this season.

That's a fair point. We can mention many games where our central defence can be made to look good, depending what we are looking at. Also sh**e, depending again. Being brutal , I wouldn't be that upset if we off-loaded the lot. Potential there in some places yip. We were only an iffy defence away from having another pretty good season.

Agree. We have struggled all season at the back. We have had to play 3 at the back due to the personnel. Luca/Strain and ferry wldnt fit into a 4 at the back. There?s players strengths are getting forward. None of them are great defenders.

JG wanted to play this system from the outset and no doubt believed he had the players to do so, and at the start of the season I think we all thought we cld. However it doesn?t matter who he puts in the 3 they keep having brain farts and phucking up.

I?ve no doubt JG will be looking to remedy this and if he doesn?t then that?s when he loses my support. However I still think he will turn it around next season. 🤞

Hope is that if we have two wingbacks we might sign two fullbacks to give us balance and options to play different formations. This 343 has proven one thing, clean sheets are a rarity. Opposition teams wingers must love it as they have all the time in the world to ping in crosses into our box. The majority of the time our three at the back could be thought of as being willing participants in "Spot The Ball" for us of the slightly older age.
