Aye-the mackems can fok off getting out of this one!
Its the piss easy league we were told so they should stay up. Wouldnt it be lush for Mitro to put the final nail in their coffin in front of their fans in the Putney End running to accept their jeers and V's and to observe them blubbing of course.![]()
Birmingham win
So despite their win yesterday they are still 5 points away from safety![]()
Birmingham winning means all the Mackems have achieved this week is, they went above the mighty Burton!
Is that not the team the massively took the piss that we were playing last season, but they are fighting with not to finish bottom?.
today, i met a guy on the bus, on the way to the match who must surely be the biggest masochist in the north east,
he was going to match but didn't care who won..... pardon????
he's a sunderland fan, who has season tickets for both of us .. and has had for a few yearsbecause he "loves football"
I couldn't resist saying "you must have seen precious little football the past few years"
Isn't the past few years an overstatement TL![]()
Must be like being hit with a sledgehammer for Coleman and the team, as well as their fans when they see that win gain them very little after Birmingham's win over Ipswich.
I personally think their fans should be happy to drop under the current climate because then they have a much better chance of rebuilding from a more stable stance after they get rid of the mercenaries and bring in the younguns that are willing to fight for them.
Keep Coleman and rebuild. I'm sure he won't be on a king's ransom.
A good season in league one will bring many of their fans back, just as it would if we fell into that mire.
Luckily we won't under Ashley.
We could under Ashley but wouldn't under Rafa.
Difference is that Rafa loves this club and the supporters, Ashley well that's a long story going back 10 seasons which we all know too well.
