TS promised higher levels of financial investment in the squad this season so I would hope there's some money for signings......but who knows?

The promise of a bigger budget will more than likely be consumed on bigger wages for seasoned championship players. The likes of Hall, Morrison, Blackett & Sharp if he does end up coming to us won't be earning peanuts. I'll be pleasantly surprised if we splash any cash on transfer fees

I would be shocked "if we splash any cash on transfer fees" because it's something we never do.
However, people are saying we need two full backs, a creative midfielder and at least one striker but probably two and it's difficult to see how that can be achieved without a fair degree of spending unless of course they are all loans.

I think the majoritie will be loans, but maybe find some lower league bargains ?
