Far from it, but i am willing to wait and see if he can do something off the back of a decent pre-season at the high performance centre.

High performance and Sow in the same sentence Chick!
If he finishes the season with more than 8 goals I'm buying you a cyber pint and a steak and chips

Sow was limping off last night so be prepared for him to be out again...

I think there are 2 differences. Sow is already signed so people are perhaps more willing to give him the opportunity to get over his injury than take a chance on someone with an injury that isn’t signed.
Secondly, Sow’s injury issue is more recent, so most are willing to see what difference a proper pre-season can do, whereas May’s issues have dragged on for a while now.

It's a reasonable argument. Have to ask this question though if Sow didn't play for a wee while after signing because he wasn't fit are we to believe he was fit when he came into the team? Or was there pressure on Robbie to play him regardless? The lad looked unfit, lazy, lacking in team spirit to get back and get forward. All the hallmarks of a player who was either injured or thinks he is showman who can do it without the effort. Or a wage thief, even worse.
Aberdeen fans on the other hand can't fault May's effort and application.
I suppose well have to wait and see. I don't want any player in Tangerine to fail just so my opinion was right, be delighted to see him do really well.
